Phenotype Analysis
Scheme for generating Foxc2CRE/+;R26T/Gf/f mice. The Rosa26mTmGflox mice (stock no. 007676) were crossed with Foxc2iCreERt2 mice (Foxc2iCreERt2 mice was purchased from Biocytogen Co. Ltd., Beijing, China) to obtain Foxc2CRE/+;R26T/Gf/f mice. Foxc2+ cells were specifically labeled with GFP after tamoxifen treatment in Foxc2CRE/+;R26T/Gf/f mice.
